Ordering Information: Place your order any time until July 10, 2014. Quantities of all the iris are limited and to be fair to everyone, orders are filled in the order of receipt. All orders are acknowledged shortly after receipt so that you know that we have safely received your order. No minimum order amount is required.
Substitutions are not made unless specifically requested. If you wish to provide some alternative/substitutes please feel free to write these on the order form. Most plants are in limited supply. Order early to ensure availability. Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, certain plants may not be available, for these we will refund or ask if you wish an alternative.

Method of payment: Payment must be sent with each order via; money order, cheque or bank e-transfer. When you place your order the plants are reserved for you. Sorry but no credit card or COD orders.
Guarantee: We guarantee to ship quality named plants that are true to name as registered with the AIS (American Iris Society). Cultural instructions are available on this website. Please notify us immediately about any plants that are not satisfactory upon receipt. Do not return plants to us unless requested. Although we know that you will make every attempt to follow the cultural instructions supplied we cannot guarantee the plants after safe delivery to you as weather and growing conditions in your garden are beyond our control. If you do experience growing problems, please let us know and we will try to help you out.
Frequently Asked Questions:
When will I get my order? Shipments are made from the end of July to the end of August as this is the optimum time here to harvest and divide the irises. Early re-planting is recommended to ensure survival over the winter and flowering the following year. To be fair, the orders are dug and shipped in order of receipt so there may be a wait if there are a number of orders in front of yours.
What exactly do I receive? You will receive a single rhizome of each variety ordered which has approximately 4 to 5 inches of pruned back green foliage. Each rhizome has the variety name marked on it.
How will I get my order? We ship via Canada Post with tracking. If you wish to arrange to pick up your order in person you may make arrangements with us.
